The SQ20 combines the characteristics demanded from a production system in a maturing optical disc market with the requirements for CBHD manufacturing. Advanced research and development in the fields of metallization and bonding have led the way to CBHD production well within specification.

The SQ20 is fitted with a dual cathode sputtering system which is served by only one vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the requirement for service. Twin bonding tables, each featuring M2's patented CenterBond II and LED SpinCure solutions, provide a wide process window at fast cycle times.

The intelligent process flow, combined with the excellent bonding and curing capabilities of the SQ20 offers, make it the ideal machine for the cost-effective production of all DVD formats.
